“The Cenote was very nice and the best thing in my opinion. The thing that was most disappointing to me and my family was the tour guide explanation, that felt like a conversation preaching into his pagan beliefs. I recommend you find another tour wherein the guide will be more history base and more accurate.”

“It was a great day trip. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He allowed us adequate time to sightsee and take pictures. Explained everything very well. The only thing i would have liked to be reminded in tour communication that No disposable water bottles allowed in ruins. Only refillable bottles. Bring Hat and good walking shoes. Great time!”

I responded that we were to meet at 8am then I received a text again on what’s up app say I texted you yesterday that it would be at 7am. I never saw that text or responded to it. “We had a great time! Our guide was Hector and our driver was David. They were both awesome. There were only a couple of us who spoke English in the group but Hector did a great job making sure we understood all the information. He was great at informing us but also giving us time to explore on our own. They weren’t trying to sell us anything either, they just wanted to make sure we were having a great time. “Terribly disappointed. Booked this day trip after reading about it through TripAdvisor. The contract said I would be picked up from my hotel. I was then instructed via email to wait at a pick up point 18mins away from my hotel. Still it was fine as I am fit and well enough to walk.
