“Catamaran to isla mujeres. No snorkeling due to heavy wind”

“We were told to arrive at 9.30 for 10am trip. It was like a cattle market and we didn't leave until nearer 11. Uncomfortable trip. Not enough seating, netting damaged so couldn't sit on it. Spent hours sitting on hard deck. On the way back we decided we would sit inside to be comfortable but there were children sat there even though we booked adult only. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and constantly asking if you want drinks. Edwardo was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was not the experience we were hoping for lack of seating our backs were hurting very uncomfortable even if they supplied…”

“The crew was really helpful and fun. Everyone seemed to be having a blast and were friendly and helpful as well. My wife and I were the oldest on board and though we did not snorkel, we managed well. Lunch was very good. Highly recommend this tour. Our only criticism is that we had a difficult time getting answers on where and when we would be picked up.”

“Perfect amount of time to snorkel without getting super exhausted! And just the right amount of time on the island for shopping and the beach! Lunch on the opposite of the island was a great location to relax and eat.”

“It was a great day on the boat. Everyone had a great time. The crew was wonderful and took very good care of us. Are you able to snorkel one place and swim at another and had have a great time just having them take us around on the catamaran. Plenty of options for drinks. We had 12 of us and had plenty of room. All in all, it was a great day.”

“Not worth the extra money. Drinks were average at best but more importantly you can get the same trip on any boat for less money. They say 7 hours but ours was over 9 hours with at least 3 of them on the Isla Mujeres which for us was way to long.”

“We had a great day on the private catamaran. We arranged for the crew to make Painkiller cocktails that turned out great. They customized the tour to our desire and we were able to spend 3 hours enjoying Isla Mujeres. We also enjoyed snorkeling and just relaxing on the catamaran.”

“While the catamaran tour was well worth the time, there were a few things that were lacking! Let’s start off with the good. The catamaran captain and team were amazing! They were making sure we were taken care of in any way they could! The beach club food was average and nothing really to write home about! When you arrive to the check in be prepared to be harassed about your sunscreen! There was a lady that was very argumentative and demanding that we purchase theirs!”

“A very good way to spend a day on the water. The catamaran was spacious and comfortable. The crew was very fun and interactive. Snorkeling is in a crowded area but the sea life was great. Lots of time to relax on the beach and sail the Caribbean waters.”

“Overall the experience was okay. The guides were great. I wish they spoke more/better English. The buffet at the beach club definitely needs improvement and we only spent 2 hours at the beach club including the eating time even though we we were told 3 hours.”
