“The pick up from meeting point was 40 minutes late. Not nice to wait in dark and cold without information. Would have wanted more time in Chichen Itza, we were there 2,5 hours. The food during lunch was rather below average. To swim in the cenote you had to pay extra for locker and life jacket which were mandatory to use. Tequila tasting lasted ca 10 minutes. There was no time to explore Valladolid since we were there for 20 minutes. “My wife and I had a fun time exploring the 3 cenotes. It was an interesting and enjoyable swimming time. We also liked the tequilla tasting. There were a few downsides, however: This is a large, commericial enterprise designed to separate you and your money. Bring your aqual shoes, as they will pressure you to rent theirs if you don't have them. Upon arrival, they pressure you to buy an additional food program (all you can eat in the limited time you're in the waitingarea). “Great tour with amazing taco stops and tequila tasting in a pretty village location by the water presented by a fantastic friendly guide. Communication was great from booking to going on tour and because it was just us he asked us what we wanted out of the day as he has a few options which was lovely. Long enough to enjoy as it was really hot but the ice cream makes a nice treat. Fantastic few hours of fun, food and facts so would highly recommend.”

“We booked the ATV and ziplining package with lunch included, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our trip. The ATVs were poorly maintained and the lunch provided was extremely unhygienic – just two or three basic tacos with no other food options available on-site. The food area itself looked unsanitary and uninviting. To make matters worse, they didn’t allow us to use our phones to take pictures, which felt unnecessary and restrictive. Overall, we wasted over 6 hours of our day on this experience. It was disappointing from start to finish.”

“Had a great time! ATV ride was fun... Horse trail ride was a little short.. Cenotes were perfect cool off after. Keep in mind Denotes are COLD and water is deep. Tour guides Raul and Oliver were friendly attentive and made sure everyone was happy and safe. Our driver Ignacio was on on time upbeat and got us there and back to our resort safely and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.”
