“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

I booked round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. They emailed me a day before the trip first thing in the morning to confirm the time to which I replied 3:30pm. The pickup was smooth, 5 stars. The return back, 0 stars. I never received a confirmation call/email the day before my 8:15am flight so I emailed. I did not receive a reply so I called that afternoon. They said I had booked two identical arrivals…”
