“This was an okay trip. The were a few tour guides on board but only one guide spoke any English and he didn't say a work until almost 3 hours into the trip (3 English speaking on board). Tulum was canceled the day before yet we didn't find out until the time we should have arrived there. Spent too much time at shopping opportunities instead of exploring and learning about Coba. No free water given.”

It took hours to pick people up from hotels that did not show. The boxed food and fresh food provided were disgusting and offered only at 9AM and 4PM. “We had a great time! Our guide was Hector and our driver was David. They were both awesome. There were only a couple of us who spoke English in the group but Hector did a great job making sure we understood all the information. He was great at informing us but also giving us time to explore on our own. They weren’t trying to sell us anything either, they just wanted to make sure we were having a great time. “Luis is great! We loved the whole tour because most of it took place at the same site. The climb up the ruins can be scary, but the trick is to climb the sides instead of using the middle. The middle with the support rope is really smooth and slippery. The sides have more traction. Just do a crab crawl up there.
