Our driver to the resort was on time and drivers were so amazing and friendly! The trip back to the airport was very smooth as they were there to pick us up right on the dot. I will be booking with them if i ever come back to cancun!”

“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

Are you able to snorkel one place and swim at another and had have a great time just having them take us around on the catamaran. Plenty of options for drinks. We had 12 of us and had plenty of room. “We had a great day on the private catamaran. We arranged for the crew to make Painkiller cocktails that turned out great. They customized the tour to our desire and we were able to spend 3 hours enjoying Isla Mujeres. We also enjoyed snorkeling and just relaxing on the catamaran.”

“Terrible service for airport return! Email on 4/28/23 shows 9am pickup as was scheduled. Arrived in lobby at 8:40 as directed. We were told someone (?) changed our pickup time to 8am. No, we didn't ! Had to get taxi when we were told he left, costing $102. to get us to airport arrival at 9:30. Obviously we were in the lobby in plenty of time for 9am pickup Iberostar valet confirmed driver was there and left just after 8 although the no show voucher shows 8:35 arrival!”
