Tour guides Raul and Oliver were friendly attentive and made sure everyone was happy and safe. Our driver Ignacio was on on time upbeat and got us there and back to our resort safely and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.”

“I’m writing regarding the Mayan jungle excursion I booked for myself and my sister. On the day of the excursion, I confirmed my pickup address in advance. Despite this, the driver was sent to the wrong location. We waited approximately 2½ hours for the driver while staying in communication with the team. At the last minute, we were informed that the driver would not be able to pick us up at all. Laura specifically assured me that if the driver did not show up, I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my refund or any follow-up regarding this matter.”
