“I was given a number to contact (via whatsapp) about any changes to the times/dates I needed the service. There were changes on both pickup and drop off. During the pickup process from Cancun the guy who was supposed to pick me up spoke absolutely no English. I used google translator to communicate and to which all he said to the change was “no”. I called two night in a row trying to straighten this out prior to arrival to no avail. Pickup process: initially said he could pick me up then when I reached out about a change (5 texts/3 phone calls) they left me on read. Ended up…”
