“The boat was clean and the crew worked hard to find fish. However, we were sport fishing and got nothing. Seemed like they gave up too quickly and went to an area to catch barracuda just to say we got some fish. Very disappointing. Also, crew spoke almost no English so when we tried to talk with them or ask questions there was almost NO communication. My son and I basically sat with one another in silence except for the two of us talking. No greeting, no nothing. We recognize you don’t always catch fish but the lack of communication was very disappointing and the trip was very expensive.”

“We had an amazing time with Island Adventures on the private snorkeling and fishing tour. Snorkeling near a quiet reef with no other boats around was incredible, and our guide Juan pointed out so many fish and even a stingray. He also walked me through how to bait the hook during the fishing portion, which was fun to learn. Theo, our captain, kept everything smooth and relaxed from start to finish. The water in Isla Mujeres is bluer than any pool I’ve ever seen, and with calm seas and sunny skies, it was the perfect day. Highly recommend!”

“The boat is non descript and fairly uncomfortable...this is not a cabin cruiser with 4 to 6 lines out but 2 lines out for trolling. Bottom fishing we had 4 rods to our 5 people and caught enough snapper to take back to the resort for the chef to cook up. It was good enough for the money paid and my grandkids had a good time.”

“Captain Roberto and mate Victor were good at what they do. We caught 6 fish - barracuda, mackerel, triggerfish and a small tuna on our 4 hour excursion. Compared to other fishing charters this was an excellent outing. Boat was pleasant. If you are not familiar with trolling be aware that diesel fumes and engine rumble are part of the deal for any excursion - leave the fragile on shore.”
