Having attended many different cooking classes in countries we travel to, my knock is that this was more of a cooking tutorial than class. The only thing we actually made was guacamole. For everything else, it was either already prepared or we completed a finishing step. In fact, they have it designed to be 1 'cooking' station for every two people. We didn't want to do a basic walking taco tour, but rather something authentic and different.
